At Epiphany, we do not have committees or business meetings because both tend to lean toward a "board of directors" approach of ministry. Epiphany uses ministry teams to engage the mission of the church. Team-based ministries are organized to group people that are wired in a particular area, allowing them to make decisions and then they act on them. Team-based ministries cut down on all the red tape that accompanies committees and business meetings. Team-based ministries allow members with similar gifts to do a ministry task in which they are called without having to jump through hoops. Our teams are subdivided into the four core purposes of the church.

Team Worship - Creative Ministries, Worship Leaders, Children's Worship, Technology Team, Welcome Team, etc.
Team Discipleship - Connect Groups, Iron Sharpens Iron, Fruit of the Spirit, Children's Church, etc.
Team Outreach - Servant Outreach, Missions Team, Meal's Ministry, Podcast Team, Drive Thru Witnessing, Feeding Civil Servants, etc.
Team Community - Koinonia (Activity/Fellowship) Task Force, Nerd Nite, Community Garden, Set Up Team, etc.
